Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are the basis for the use of all websites operated by Sciarc GmbH. By using the websites offered by Sciarc you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and completely.
§ 1 Registration
The use of certified medical, pharmacy and VDBD training areas is reserved for healthcare professionals or the healthcare industry, as well as individuals who legally trade in or use medicines, medical devices, procedures, treatments, supplies or other means in the exercise of their profession. These include in particular

Medical students
Pharmacists and their specialist staff
Medical staff of practices and clinics
Employees of the pharmaceutical industry as well
Journalists.
For the use of the training areas, a registration is required. You are required to provide truthful and complete information when registering, and to communicate any changes to your registration data the next time you use the Training section.
Sciarc reserves the right to check your details and to block access to the training areas without stating any reasons - in particular if you have given incorrect information or violated the terms and conditions at registration. Conscious false information during registration can also be legally prosecuted.
After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you entered in the form. Access to the training areas of the Sciarc website is only possible with your individual password. You may not share this password with third parties. If you become aware of any misuse of your password, you must notify Sciarc immediately.
Each participant can cancel his/her registration at any time. The redemption must be communicated by e-mail to the address info@sciarc.de. If a participant withdraws their registration, their registration data and all associated data entries will be deleted within one month of receipt of the withdrawal.
DocCheck
In addition to direct registration on the Sciarc websites, you can register via an existing DocCheck account. We point out that DocCheck uses so-called cookies - these are text files that are stored in the user's browser - to facilitate the use of the services. The information generated by these cookies will only be transmitted to DocCheck servers and will not be shared with the website operator or other third parties. There is no data transfer to countries outside the EU.

In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you about the legal basis of our data processing. Unless the legal basis in the data protection declaration is mentioned, the following applies: The legal basis for obtaining consent is Article 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR, the legal basis for the processing for the performance of our services and the execution of contractual measures as well as the response to inquiries is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR, and the legal basis for processing in order to safeguard our legitimate interests is Article 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
